Single-User, Non-Commercial, No-Derivatives & Non-Sharing License
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee", either an individual or a single entity) and the Author/Copyright Owner ("Licensor") for the digital publication, book, or document accompanying this Agreement, including any associated media, digital files, documentation, or updates (collectively, the "Work").
By downloading, accessing, reading, or otherwise using the Work, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to download, install, access, or use the Work, and you must immediately delete any copies in your possession.
1. Proprietary Rights & Copyright
The Work is licensed, not sold. The Work is protected by international copyright laws, treaty provisions, and all other applicable intellectual property laws. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Work (including but not limited to text, images, illustrations, layouts, and data) remain exclusively with the Licensor. No title or ownership interest is transferred to you under this Agreement.
2. Grant of License & Permitted Uses
Subject to your strict compliance with all terms of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download and view a single copy of the Work solely for your private, personal, non-commercial educational or entertainment use.
You may store the file on personal electronic devices (such as an e-reader, computer, smartphone, or tablet) owned and exclusively controlled by you, provided that the Work is accessible only by you.
3. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
The restrictions in this section form the core conditions of this license. Any breach of these restrictions constitutes copyright infringement and a material breach of contract, resulting in the immediate and automatic termination of this license.
Under this agreement, you strictly CANNOT:

Prohibition on Sharing & Distribution: You may not share, distribute, circulate, lease, rent, lend, sell, resell, host, broadcast, or transmit the Work, or any part thereof, to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing files via email, cloud storage links, messaging platforms, peer-to-peer networks, or uploading the file to public or private websites, forums, or shared digital repositories.

Prohibition on Commercial Use: You may not use the Work, or any portion of it, for any commercial purpose, profit-making activity, or monetary compensation. This includes using the material in commercial training, paid workshops, or embedding it within products or services offered for sale.

Prohibition on Derivatives & Modifications: You may not modify, alter, adapt, translate, transform, reformat, condense, build upon, or create derivative works based on the Work, or any part of its content, text, or visual elements. The content must remain exactly as originally provided by the Licensor.

Prohibition on Extraction: You may not extract text, images, or data from the Work for use in other projects, websites, AI model training, or publications.
4. Multi-User and Institutional Use
This license is strictly for a single natural person. Multi-user deployment, enterprise licensing, institutional use, or classroom distribution (unless individual licenses are explicitly purchased for each participant) is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use this Work within an organization or group setting, you must contact the Licensor to obtain written authorization and an appropriate multi-user license.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective from the moment you access or download the Work and remains active until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and immediately without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Work and permanently destroy all digital and physical copies of the Work in your possession, power, or control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Work is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. In no event shall the Licensor or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Work or the use or other dealings in the Work.
7. Governing Law & Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Licensor’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
