Cancellation Policy

Welcome. To maintain a dedicated and consistent therapeutic space for all clients, the following policy applies to all online appointments. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. 1. Payment & Confirmation - Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. - Non-Refundable: All fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is made, the fee cannot be returned under any circumstances. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Because that time cannot easily be filled at short notice, the following rules apply: - 24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. - Late Changes (Within 24 Hours): Any requests to reschedule or cancel made less than 24 hours prior to the session will not be accommodated. The session will be forfeited, and the full fee will be charged. - No Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations with refunds. If you cannot attend and are outside the 24-hour window, your only option is to reschedule to a future date. 3. Lateness & No-Shows - Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment. The fee will not be pro-rated. - No-Show Window: If you do not log into the designated video platform within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, it will be considered a "No-Show." The session will be canceled, and the fee will be forfeited. 4. Technical Issues - Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working camera/microphone, and a private space before the session begins. - Platform Failure: In the rare event that a technical glitch on my end prevents the session from occurring, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
