Try the magic of tea - it's a remedy you shouldn't miss, promising to refresh and energize you with every sip!

People who were not ready fo include herbal tea as it's tasteless and costly have shifted to these teas as its effective, tasty and budget friendly.

TRIDOSHA NASHAK TEA

An all rounder tea for most of the gut related problem and an excellent remedy for PMS headaches, migraine headaches, indigestion issues and menopausal mood swings .

I recommend this tea in weight loss plan as well.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

 Mint leaves - 1/4th cup

 Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp 

 Ginger grated - ¼ tsp 

 Black tea leaves - ¼ tsp 

 Lemon juice - ½ tsp 

 Water - 1½ cup 

 Sugar or Mullethi powder as sweetener ( mullethi reduces blemishes and cure skin problem )


INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil water and add mint leaves, ginger, and cinnamon.

Turn off the gas, add tea leaves and cover.

Strain and add lemon and mullethi powder to sweeten it .

Put a pinch of Star Anise powder to reduce Menupausal mood swings and irregular period .

It is suitable for calming any dosha, especially after a heavy meal or indigestion.


Smell of tea ( fresh mint and lemon) itself is so refreshing and works as aroma therapy to calm mind.

You can use it as ice tea as well in summer .

TEA FOR VATA PRAKRUTI:

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Water - 1 cup 

  2. Fresh ginger grated/dry ginger powder - ¼ tsp 

  3. Cinnamon - ¼ tsp 

  4. Cardamom - ¼ tsp 

  5. Ajwain - ¼ tsp 

  6. Jaggery - [Optional, to taste]/ Mullethi powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil water and add spices. 

  2. Take off the heat and cover for 2 minutes.

One can have it after lunch for grounding vata and better digestion . Good for constipation due to Vata.


TEA FOR PITTA PRAKRUTI


Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Water - 1 cup 

Cumin - ¼ tsp 

Fennel - ¼ tsp 

Rose petal - ¼ tsp 

Fresh mint/coriander - ¼ tsp 

Lemon juice - ½ tsp [Optional]

Sugar / mullethi powder [Optional, to taste]


INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil water and add all the ingredients

Turn off the heat and cover.

One can have this tea before or after a meal. It is significantly calming for pitta and good for improving metabolism.



TEA FOR KAPHA PRAKRITI

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Dry ginger - ¼ tsp 

Ground cloves - ¼ tsp 

Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp 

Black peppercorn, 2

Fenugreek seed - ⅛ tsp 

Water : 1 cup


INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the water and add all the ingredients 

Take off the heat and cover for 2 minutes.

 

One can have it in the late evening for calming kapha. It is not recommended for people with pitta. 


WEIGHT LOSS , IMMUNE BOOSTER AND SKIN REPAIR TEA:

EAT FAT TO LOSS FAT!

Consume one fourth tea spoon of cow ghee in the morning and drink this tea along will help you improve gut health, repair arteries so your BP will be normal, maintains sugar levels, regulates thyroid functions, improve skin elasticity and gives good skin and hair and many more benefits to add .


Preparation Time: 10 min

Ingredients :

Grated fresh ginger : 1/4th tspoon

Grated fresh turmeric: 1/4th tspoon

Cinnamon powder: a pinch

Black peppercorn : 2 and crushed

Clove : 2 and crushed

Water : 1 cup

Lemon juice: 1 tspoon

Tea leaves : 1/4th Tea spoon

Mulethi powder optional as sweetener


INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil water and add all the ingredients except mullethi, lemon and tea leaves

Turn off the gas and add tea leaves and mullethi powder into it.

After pouring tea in the cup ass lemonjuice.
