Protein Rich Probiotic Indian Cheese Cake

The way to Perfect health is good metabolism and to keep our metabolism strong we must have probiotics in our meal that keeps our gut healthyand we must have satisfied tongue for proper secretion of digestive juices :)

Preparation time: 5 min

  1. Cooking time: 10 min

  2. Serving: 3



  1. Hung curd - 1/2 bowl

  2. Condensed milk - 1/2 bowl

  3. Almond - 5

  4. Cashew - 5

  5. Kesar - 3/4 strands

  6. Chopped mango or any other fruit of your choice for topping


  1. Mix hung curd and condensed milk and mix well in a blender. 

  2.  Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with a tightly fixed lid.

  3. Boil water in a pot so the mixture gets cooked in the steam and water doesn't get inside. 

  4. Let cool, and keep in the fridge for an hour.

  5. Decorate it with fruit topping.

Enjoy its divine taste in a small portion.
